Standard Order Processing Time
- We strive to ensure that all orders are transferred to the shipping carrier by the end of the 2nd business day after the order cutoff time of 5 PM USA Central time.
Standard Shipping Time
- Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or Fed Ex Home Delivery and arrive within 3 - 5 days after your order is transferred to the shipping carrier. Shipping times vary based on a variety of factors - most importantly, your distance from DFW Texas area - and are not guaranteed.
Expedited Shipping and Order Processing

Holiday Decor Shipping
- Standard shipping is free for all holiday and seasonal decor products - wreaths, teardrops . swags, garlands, centerpieces, and bows! Select the "Free Shipping for Holiday Decor" shipping option at checkout.
Ribbon Shipping
- Ribbons are shipped separately from other items.
- For ribbon orders under $125*, standard shipping is a flat $15.
- For ribbon orders $125 and over*, standard shipping is free.
- *Note: Order total shipping calculation is after discounts and before tax.
When an order includes both ribbons and holiday decor, the holiday decor items do not count towards the ribbon order shipping calculation.
