Custom Orders

Looking for something unique to you? Our in-house artist designer will work with you to create something special. From one piece to an entire home - we can design and create offerings aligned to your preferences.

Customer Ordering Process:

  1. Contact Us with your request
  2. Consultation to discuss details, materials, budget, and timeline
  3. Feasibility study: Our artist designer will determine preliminary design elements, materials procurement needs, schedule feasibility, and cost,
  4. Decision Checkpoint 1: Our artist designer will contact you to present a proposal of the key design elements and materials based on your budget, the timeline that we can meet, and an actual cost quote. At this point, you decide if you would like to move forward with the project.
  5. Deposit: Upon your approval of the proposal, we will send you an invoice for 25% of the total amount, inclusive of taxes, and shipping or delivery. This payment is non-refundable and required to begin your custom order.
  6. Procurement of the materials, as needed begins
  7. Design and creation begins according to the agreed upon schedule. In the event of supply procurement delays impacting the overall schedule, we will obtain your approval of the delay before proceeding. In the event only, a refund of your deposit will be issues if the project cannot move within a mutually agreed upon timeline.
  8. Decision Checkpoint 2: Upon completion of the project by the artist designer, photos of the finished products will be sent for your review and approval. At this point, you will decide whether to accept the finished products and pay the remaining balance, request adjustments (which may incur additional cost), or reject the finished product and forfeit your 25% deposit.
    • After this point, custom order are ineligible for return and/or refund, except in the case of damage caused by shipping or deliver, as described in our Return and Refund Policy.
  9. Collect Balance: Upon your approval of the finished products, we will send you an invoice for 75% of the total amount, inclusive of taxes, and shipping or delivery.
  10. Delivery: Upon receipt of payment in full, your products will be shipped or delivered (locally) as agreed upon in the quote.
