Refund policy
Please check orders immediately upon receipt as all requests for return and refund must be filed within 14 days of receipt.
Damaged or Defective Items and Mis-ship Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. Please provide (1) a detailed description of the problem, and (2) photos of both the item and it's shipping box.
We will evaluate the issue and work with you to either replace it with the exact item (when materials are in stock), offer you a comparable alternative of the same value, or refund your account.
Returns
You may request a return of new, unused products within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for return, the item must be in its original packaging (where applicable) and have any originally included tags. Opened but unused ribbon spools must be placed in either plastic bags or cellophane wrap, and be without damage to the flanges, before placing it in the return shipping box.
To initiate a return request, please Contact Us and provide (1) your Order Number, (2) the Item Name from your order email / receipt, and (3) the reason for your return request.
Items returned to us without first receiving a return authorization will not be accepted or processed.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will notify you that we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if a refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. The refund amount will be for the original purchase price less any applied discounts, plus any taxes paid, and minus the following restocking fees:
- Garlands: $75 per item returned
- Wreaths & Teardrops: $50 per item returned
- Table Centerpieces: $35 per item returned
- Bows: $25 per item returned
- All other products: 25% of the purchase price
We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Please remember it may take up to 1 - 2 billing cycles for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Ribbons marked as "final sale" or "clearance" are not eligible for return. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item so that we can assist you directly.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted. Using the Returns process described above, please make a request to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
